| | Biography: | Joanna Millett was born in 1955.
She studied at Maidstone College of Art
and the Royal College of Art. She became
an active member of Hull Time Based
Arts. Joanna Millett has worked mainly
in film: Quartet was only her second
video work. She has also been a lecturer
at art colleges, a
tutor of creative video based at
Broadgate Psychiatric Hospital,
Beverley, and is a founder member of
Hull Time Based Arts. Her films have
been shown in many parts of Britain, and
in Madrid, Avignon, Paris and Brussels.
