co-ordinator on many films, including
'Au Revoir, Mon Amour' [1982], 'Christ Of
Nanjing'[1994) and 'Hu-Du-Men' [1995],
director Fruit Chan started on the script
of 'Made In Hong Kong' in 1994.
Famous movie star Andy Lau supported
Chan by giving him ends of film stock
and the cost for post production. With
US$80,000 raised from friends and
relatives and the volunteer help of other
veteran filmmakers, Chan created a film
of his own.
