| | Biography: | Christopher Rowland was born in 1962 In
St Helens, Merseyside.
He studied at Maidstone College of Art,
and Duncan of Jordonstone College of
Art in Dundee. He went on to run a small
production company based in Dundee
'Original Visions', and is involved with
a distribution agency for Scottish video
art, 'Art Tapes'.
Christopher Rowland's own work has
been screened at many parts of Britain
since 1983, and internationally since
1986. Evasive Action was shown on
BBC TV Scotland. He has made single
screen videotapes, video installations
and in 1987 completed an interactive
video project — a proposed guide for the
Scottish National Aquarium.
