Biography: Stephen Littman was born in 1957.

He studied at Coventry Polytechnic and
the Royal College of Art. Stephen
Littman has been active in many aspects
of video
production and training, and video art
administration. He was a founder member
of London Video Arts, now LUX, and has
taught at many higher education
establishments.
Since 1986 he has been video
co-ordinator for the National Review of
Live Art, and has been involved
co-ordinating, with the Liverpool Video
Festival. From his company base 'Hands
On Productions' he also undertakes
corporate video work, work for
television and documentation of
dance and drama performances. His own
art work has been shown internationally,
including Paris, Warsaw, Toronto,
Copenhagen, Vienna and San Sebastian.
