| | Biography: | He studied printmaking at Liverpool
Polytechnic and became a research
assistant at Liverpool Polytechnic.
Stephen Dowsing began to exhibit video
works in 1982. His work has been seen
in many venues in Merseyside and he
completed a six month artist's
residency at the Williamson Art gallery
in Birkenhead. His work has also been
seen in London and Edinburgh and at
the 1988 AVE Festival in Arnham,
Holland, tn 1987 Stephen Dowsing
undertook an extensive tour of Poland.
