| | Biography: | Simon Biggs was born in Australia in
1957 and moved to London in 1986.
He now divides his time between the UK
and Holland where he teaches at the
Maastricht Academy of Arts. Winner of
first prizes at the International Video
Biennale Columbia and the Australian
Video Festival, Sydney, Australia in
1990, Biggs has worked in performance,
single tape production and video
installations.
Selected solo exhibitions include shows
at the Zygon Gallery in Adelaide (1978);
Avago Gallery, Sydney, Australia (1985);
Rosyln Oxley 9 Gallery in Sydney,
Australia (1985) and The Golem' at the
Showroom, London in 1988.
